We are hiring Fresher’s in Mumbai, for a product development company, for Solution Support Executive.
- The person should be a team player, work independently with limited supervision, s/he should be self-motivated.
- Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Next level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.
- Customer facing and responsible to promptly and professionally answer incoming calls, emails and should have good communication skills.
- Understanding the customer needs and/or gather appropriate information to timely resolve the service request in the ticketing tool.
- Work with client and client assigned personnel in the resolution of functional request while providing the resolution according to agree upon service levels.
- Stay informed of application status and all dependencies that may affect applications front-end user experience. Support user administration and assist with release management.
- The person should have very good experience with regards to reviewing and responding to client service requests while working closely with internal teams to address these requests, and skills with regards to interacting with various cross-functional team members.
- Perform the Functionally Analysis, Replication/Testing of an issue raised by customer
